Alongside managing my digital marketing agency for nearly a decade, life is incredibly busy.<\/h3>\n<h3>Despite the chaos, I\u2019ve always prioritized my family&#8217;s well-being and our active lifestyle. I had already been told by the doctors that I needed to get my cholesterol down and I was pre-diabetic.<\/h3>\n<h3>Feeling discouraged, I had a conversation with one of the Challenge Coaches, Billie, who encouraged me to join a group and fully commit as a participant. I lost my first 4 lbs simply by adapting the challenge\u2019s week 1 breakfast and an extra salad a day.
