Meet Allison, Who Lost 26 Pounds + 18 Inches!<\/h1>\n

Hi! My name is Allison. I am 36 years old and mom to an energetic 3 year old! My husband and I have been together for 16 years. We have a cat and just welcomed a puppy to our family! We love spending time at our family cottage where we boat, swim, and relax outdoors!<\/span><\/p>\n

I have a long history of dieting dating back to my teen years.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I’d lose 10 pounds here and there and gain it back as I could not sustain these programs. <\/strong><\/h2>\n

I always felt restricted and hated the hassle of “counting” calories, points, etc.<\/strong> I also held a very rigid outlook on dieting. I’d often give up if I ate something off plan or “wait until Monday” to start over. I never stuck with anything long term.<\/span><\/p>\n

I followed Cleanfoodcrush for a couple years – dabbling in a recipe here and there<\/strong>. In 2020, I lost my mother while 7 months pregnant. On top of the baby weight, I was eating to cope and found myself at my highest weight yet.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

After seeing family photos taken in April 2022,\u00a0 I knew I had to make a change. <\/strong><\/h2>\n

I joined the Clean Eating <\/a>C<\/strong>hallenge<\/a><\/strong> the next month! <\/span><\/p>\n

Since May 2022, I have lost 26 pounds and 18 inches overall.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

My two favorite recipes are One Pan Honey Garlic Sausage Veggies<\/a> and 3 Bean Turkey Chili<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have had so many other non-scale victories including:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u27a1\ufe0f Decreased pain<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a1\ufe0f Improved mood. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a1\ufe0f Most notable, however, is my relationship with food and my understanding of what I am putting into my body (and WHY).<\/span><\/p>\n

I am so happy I took the plunge and continue to follow the principles of the program 9 months later.<\/strong> For me, the Challenge<\/a><\/strong> groups were a huge part of my success. <\/span><\/p>\n

It was so helpful to get immediate answers to my questions, support when I was struggling, and also provided me a place to share my wins! <\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In addition, Rachel provided so much education on why the program is structured the way it is. <\/strong><\/p>\n

When you understand why you are doing something it makes it more sustainable! I am very grateful to Rachel, the coaches, and the other CRUSHers!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
